About Shoes
1. How are your shoes different from other “orthopedic” shoes?
Our focus on design is what separates us from the traditional orthopedic shoes. We believe that women should be able to wear both stylish and comfortable shoes, and not just one or the other. 2. How do I know which size to purchase?
Please refer to our Fit Guide page on how to choose the right size.
3. What is your “Patented Technology” about?
We have pads inserted in the insoles that allow for the prevention of slippage of the feet once inside the shoes. For more info on our patent, you can find it in the link here (link to the patent, to come).
4. Where can we try them in-person?
We will be holding pop-ups in New York City and additional cities on the East Coast in the near future - sign up for our newsletter and follow us on our Instagram to receive updates from us.
5. Do you do customization / adjustments?
Currently, we do not offer customization or adjustments, but we may do so in the future. Drop us a note at info@mikahayashi.com if this is something you’d like to see as part of our comprehensive services!
Shipping & Returns
1. What is your Shipping policy?
All shipping and returns are free within the continental U.S. For Hawaii / Alaska shipping and international shipping, the rates will be reflected at checkout.
Expedited shipping (2 business days) is also available for an additional fee.
2. What is your Return policy?
We will accept the returned item in its original condition with packing materials, including dust bag, accessories, order invoice and product instructions within 14 calendar days of receipt of the products. To request a free return label, please email us at order@mikahayashi.com.
Please try the shoes on a clean carpeted surface to protect the delicate soles. Please be aware that returned items that do not meet our requirements will be sent back to you and a refund will not be processed.
Once the returned item has been inspected carefully, we will notify you via email about the status of the return. If the return is accepted, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment. The credit usually will be posted in 3-5 business days, but please be aware that it depends on your financial institution.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Shipping Rates will be shown at checkout.
